We use Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery for most items and a courier for the larger parcels.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition and we will refund the cost of the item. We cannot accept returns of commissioned items.

Unfortunately we can't take any responsibility for items lost in the post on return, and return postage must be paid for by the returner.
We recommend you use a recorded and trackable service for your own protection and we recommend a proof of postage certificate be obtained when returning items. These are available free from the Post Office.

Every effort has been made to portray items accurately. However please note some small variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate. Please check your order on receipt as items damaged in transit may only be refunded if notification is given within 5 days of delivery.
